CAMP lessons are tailored to fit your individual needs and goals. Caleb is skilled in a range of musical styles and is dedicated to helping you achieve your musical goals regardless of style: rock, pop, jazz, and classical. Lessons focus on fun ways to improve technique, learn scales, read music, improvise, understand song structure, and arranging for example.

In addition to in-person lessons in Columbia, MO, CAMP also offers online lessons for those who prefer the convenience and flexibility of learning from home or are located elsewhere. Our online lessons you can be accessed anywhere with a high-quality internet connection. Our guitar lessons are designed to be fun and engaging and we strive to create a supportive and positive learning environment. We understand that everyone learns at their own rate and we are committed to helping you progress at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Caleb is passionate about teaching students not only to play their instrument but also to understand the music they are playing, and maintain their instrument. Pedal stacking, or gain staging, is another of Caleb’s passions and specialties. I like to work with young beginners with this book, and this is the book I recommend for more advanced students that want to learn to read music. I recommend that all students take a look at my suggested materials list.

As a part of our high-quality guitar lessons, bi-annual Studio Showcases give students the opportunity to preform with a professional band in front of a live audience. Additional community performance opportunities at Fretboard Coffee, Cafe Berlin, and The Blue Note also occur.

We also provide a range of resources and services to help you on your musical journey. From tips and tricks to practice guides and performance opportunities, we have everything you need to succeed. Standard lessons are $100 a month, with one 30 minute lesson a week.  Hour lessons are available at a rate of $200 per month. All inclusive lessons are $130 a month. When there are five weeks in a month, you still get a weekly lesson for no additional charge.  Please go here to set up lessons. 

Lesson tuition is due monthly and paid through the online subscription platform, Fons. Tuition payments begin are always drafted on the first each month, unless a different date is requested. If your first month of lessons begins after the first week of the month, the first month’s tuition is pro-rated.

This arrangement provides consistency and predictability for payments throughout the year.
